Refund policy

Digital products are delivered immediately. Once the files are yours, they are not refunded. Creative services can be refunded in full before kickoff. After work begins, refunds are assessed against work already delivered. Physical objects follow the shipping and returns terms published on that release. If something is wrong with a purchase, write through Contact and DSTND will look at it.
